Working Principle:

The plastic hopper dryer uses a drying fan to send high-temperature dry hot air (heated by an electric heating tube) into the drying barrel. The hot air is evenly dispersed into the raw materials through a protective screen and a hole screen, and continuous heating causes moisture in the raw materials to evaporate.The hot air carrying moisture is discharged through a cyclone exhaust system. The optional hot air recovery device can filter the exhaust air for recycling and reuse, forming a closed loop to reduce energy consumption (a key advantage of energy-saving plastic dryers).The entire process maintains a stable temperature through a precision temperature control system, achieving efficient dehumidification and drying of plastic raw materials.
